Eifel Riders/ Green Knights Chapter 27

Hi There,

Just a note to introduce Green Knights Ireland and to say we are looking forward to having a courtesy visit at some point in the future with our other Chapter brethern. We will be riding through Germany in Mid to late June 2010 for about 10 days.

Any suggestions for a meet would be great.

If your riding through Germany you'll be right in our area. We are located about 15 miles from Trier, Germany.

Me and another member will be riding through Ireland this May on a big trip. We plan to take the ferry from Scotland into Belfast, Ireland then ride down to Dublin then to Rosslare to catch the ferry back to Wales then head into France/Spain for the rest of our trip. Let me know how close you guys will be to this route and we may stop for a beer with you guys

As you will be in Ireland before we arrive in Germany we can certainly arrange to meet you guys somewhere along the route. If you want to let me know through this forum or PM what your timetable is, we will certainly make arrangements to have that beer and maybe ride part of the route with you. Maybe pick you up in Belfast, see some sights and then head south towards Dublin...

That would be great. We would have to have some real guides for the Ireland portion. We had planned to stay at least one night in Dublin for a few beers. Our plans should put us into Belfast around 25 May, its a Tuesday. We could always make a run towards your location since most likey you'll be working. I'll PM you when it gets closer for more details.

No Problem with the meet just let me know where and when. I'm originally from Donegal (Northwest Ireland) and living in Galway City (West Ireland) but its a small country and we have Green Knights located in most areas. So take it as being a 'done deal'
