I got the below information from my wife's coeworker who's husband is JAG at Heidelberg.
Please be advised, there are several speeding cameras on Ramstien Air Base. People are getting their license suspended for 7 days. This is a wing commander priority, so I would not be surprised if more cameras will be installed in the near future.. Please slow down.

I was talking to a fellow Rider Coach at Ramstein and several people in his unit lost there license for 10 days. Also they're using video speed cameras so be careful.

I can add to this as well. They are using mobile ones as well. Several times while at the Academy down there, I came across them near the overpasses above the Autobahn in that area.
