2011 Bikes are now on the Harley-Davidson Web site.

Have a look in case you're interested.

"New" Sportster 883 "Superlow", 4.5 Gallon Tank, 18 inch front wheel, 17 inch rear wheel, Michelin Tires. Some will like it, but I'm not too impressed. This is not my favorite Sporty.

Not much changed this year. They added a roadglide ultra classic though.

The 103" motor is an option on the touring bikes know:)

Yup, pretty un-exciting this year, unless you find a bunch of horrible new colors exciting Rolling Eyes

But hey, if you want a Harley, check this out: http://ramsteinyardsales.com/item16227348.html?itemId=16227348&src=SEARCH
Great deal at only $4000 over MSRP! Embarassed

This is what I send him;

Just wondering if this was a type-o since a new 2011 heritage can be ordered for about 18K?

Here was his reply;

The starting price is 18K for a new soft tail however when you look into it they are much more.

I think everyone should email him telling him he's dreaming if he thinks he'll get that much for a 2yr old bike

Maybe he's hoping to get a German buyer. But if "you really look into it", he can sell it to any European. Surprised

Yes but he doesn't realise it is about 2-3K Euros to get a German TUV on a '09 Harley plus another 24% in taxes for importiing fees. Most people dont realize the extra fee the Europens have to pay on everything they buy.

Ask Jerry's father in-law had to pay 1.5K euros to get TUV on a '07 softail, it only cost more the newer it is.

anything under 6000 KM will be taxed at 19 and 10 %.... so that is fun fun fun... and that does not matter how old it is... 1 year or 100 years... that is the same...

How does this apply to cars? One of my co-workers is trying to sell his '97 Corvette for 20K euros (KBB is $10K).
